SEPTEMBER 2009 VACANCIES

2 'Live-in' job-share youth hostel staff 20 to 30 hours per week, from September 2009.  

These are responsible positions which require the successful applicants to cover as the accountable persons within the Hostel. It is desirable that applicants have their own transport (car). These are live-in positions. Knowledge of the computer, customer service in a hospitality field, cleaning and ability to carry out general maintenance is essential. 

The positions can be demanding, however there is much time off (being job share) to take 'time out' from duties, or for top-up employment locally. 

Wage:- £5.73 per hour.

NB a good command of English is desirable and you must presently be residing in the UK and able to attend an interview in Glasgow at short notice. 

These positions are potentially for 6 to 15 months, season and would be particularly  suitable for backpackers 'travelling the world'.
